Product Overview
Our stainless steel perforated metal sheets are precision punched metal panels manufactured via high-speed CNC punching presses and laser cutting equipment. We supply thin gauge rolled coils (thickness <0.8mm) and heavy thick flat plates, supporting fully customized hole size, pitch, open area and overall dimensions.
Different stainless steel grades match diverse service environments: economical 201 & 430 for indoor decoration; universal 304/304L for general outdoor & food equipment; molybdenum-containing 316/316L for coastal, chemical & pharmaceutical corrosive working conditions; duplex 2205 for heavy chloride seawater environments.
All perforated sheets can be secondary processed into enclosures, screens, facade panels, filter sieves and stair anti-slip boards. We provide free prototype samples and flexible MOQ for small trial orders & mass bulk projects.
Material Grade Characteristics
201 Austenitic Stainless Steel
Low-nickel manganese-substituted grade, cost-effective, moderate indoor atmospheric corrosion resistance, high work hardening rate, suitable for indoor decorative panels, furniture & low-budget display frames, not recommended for coastal or acidic environments.
304 / 304L Austenitic Stainless Steel
Most universal perforated sheet material with balanced corrosion resistance, ductility and weldability. 304L ultra-low carbon eliminates intergranular corrosion after welding, ideal for outdoor facades, food machinery, ventilation screens and general industrial filtration equipment.
316 / 316L Molybdenum Stainless Steel
Added molybdenum element greatly boosts resistance to chloride ion, seawater and organic acid corrosion. The premium choice for marine engineering, desalination, chemical processing, pharmaceutical & food wash-down equipment.
430 Ferritic Stainless Steel
Nickel-free economical ferritic grade with natural magnetism, good dry atmospheric anti-rust performance, perfect for indoor cabinet panels, elevator decorative cladding and household appliance enclosures.
2205 Duplex Stainless Steel
Dual-phase ferrite-austenite alloy, combines high mechanical strength and outstanding pitting/crevice corrosion resistance, used for offshore seawater facilities, heavy brine filtration and chemical pickling equipment.
